Earn a Commision on Sales
Avalanche Ranch Light Company has established an Affiliate Program where qualified affiliates will earn a commission on all products sold to customer who came to our site through a link in an Affiliate website. This applies to a new customer, repeat customers and customers who come through an Affiliate’s link(s) in the future without the Affiliate link. Affiliates need only to place one link to Avalanche Ranch's website from their site to make this all work.
Upon approval, we will send you an email with instructions on how you can log into your Affiliate account. From there, you can create unique hyperlinks for your site that allows our e-commerce shopping system to properly track sales brought from your site. Referral fee checks will be issued on a quarterly basis whenever unpaid fees earned total $50.00 or more.
These are the simple rules:

- Complete the application form
- Upon registration, we will review your information and make a decision on your application and specify your commission rate
- We will then send you an confirmation email, at which point you can log into your Affiliate Account and obtain tracking URLs for individual products or just our home page.
- Each Affiliate is required to have at least one link back to our home page.
Affiliate Agreement
Please read the following agreement before registering for our Affiliate program.
Term of the Agreement:
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party.
Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
You are only eligible to earn commissions on sales occurring during the term of this agreement. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions earned
during this agreement term will be paid within 90 days.
Referral Fee Percentage and Payments:
The Affiliate Commission Rate will be established upon approval by Avalanche Ranch. In general, this percentage will range from 10% to 25%
depending on on the type of business the affiliate is in, with more weight given to authorized dealers of our products. We will pay commissions
based on the price of all products sold and after full payment is received by Avalanche Ranch Light Company. Shipping charges, sales taxes and
GST fees are excluded from commission calculations. Sales that are cancelled or otherwise refunded or returned will be deducted from your sales when calculating commissions. Referral fee payments will be made every quarter sent in the
form of a check payable in US Dollars to the Company Name as provide in the affiliate application form. You are held responsible for your
own tax liabilities in relation to this payment. The minimum payment amount is $50.00. Accounts owing less than this figure will be carried
forward to the next sales period until commissions have accumulated to the $50.00 threshold. Any problems or discrepancies relating to
commissions will be dealt with within 30 days of an email notification to the company.
Use of unsolicited email/spam:
Use of unsolicited email/spam to promote the Avalanche Ranch Light Company program is prohibited under this agreement. If you use spam to promote
the service you will be notified that your account has been terminated with cause.
Tracking Sales:
Visitors are tracked through our e-commerce shopping store software that associates a Customer or a customer’s order to an affiliate via a
cookie that is left on the customer’s PC. Avalanche Ranch Light Company will not be held responsible for commissions on orders where a
customer uses a different computer to place their order or where the customer has removed this cookie from their computer prior to placing
an order.
Reporting:
Affiliates will be able to access sales through a link we will provide upon acceptance of your application. Statistics are updated daily
and reflect the number of visitors sent, total sales and commission payable.
International Affiliates:
International affiliates are welcome to join the program. All payments made will be in US Dollars on a quarterly basis.
Modifications:
Avalanche Ranch Light Company may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion,
by emailing a change notice to all affiliates. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available commissions, fee
schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. All modifications will be made with at least 14 days notice by email and onsite update of
agreement. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute
binding acceptance of the change. If you do not wish to bound by the modification, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement.
Limitation of Liability:
We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this
Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect
to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.
Governing Law:
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise,
without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable
against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this
Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
AFFILIATE ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
By submitting an Affiliate application, you hereby acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You
understand that Avalanche Ranch Light Company may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from
those contained in this agreement or operate web sites that are similar to or compete with your web site. You have independently evaluated the
desirability of participating in our affiliate program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth
in this agreement.
