Avalanche Ranch Light Company is a family-owned lighting manufacturing company with a 12 year history of making our own exclusive lighting designs in the highest quality available today for lodge-style and mission-style decor.
When we use the word rustic to describe our unique lights, we are referring to a design style, not to the quality of the product. Each of our lights is handmade in Bellingham, Washington by our skilled employees who carefully follow detailed artwork, design and construction guidelines. Our lights are UL approved for both US and Canadian markets, which is important for safety and meeting local building code. All our artwork includes detailed outside edges and hand-cut interior lines to give it just the right rustic feel. We use heavy gauge steel, which is about the thickness of a CD or key. Our finishes are custom created, low-gloss, powder coated enamel or hand-painted patinas, which are unique among our peers. All this attention to detail give our product a unique and handmade quality that is without equal.
Wide Product Selection We now have more than 1,500 different rustic style of lights in more than 250 design styles. Throughout these designs, you will find fish and flora styled lights, which are inspired by nature themes; you will find Southwestern style lights; you will find Western Lights (some with barbed wire!); and you will find Craftsman-style lights with metal art lodge themes as well as traditional Mission imagery that we designed. Our "craftory" is inspired by the Arts and Crafts revival movement made popular by Gustav Stickley after the turn of the 20th century--a movement that was fueled by a popular return to the great outdoors and to make proudcts by hand. Our products style aesthetics reflect the visual patterns found in nature, thus creating a look that fosters a harmony between the interior and natural exterior of your home. We usually can provide quick turnaround for your request with a price and lead time. This is especially nice for the Design Trade, when working on restaurant, hotel, lodge or similar project when you want to use a logo, or a design feature that is unique to the project.
