Who we are
Avalanche Ranch Lighting has been making light fixtures since 1995, growing out of the founder's desire to light up his rustic lake cabin. Not able to find a suitable rustic style light at a local lighting store, he created the first light out of steel that later became the first product for a small company known as Avalanche Ranch. In 1997, Avalanche Ranch moved to Bellingham, Washington and began manufacturing hand-crafted rustic lodge lighting. Today, the Company employs more than 20 people in a 24,000 square foot Craftory, bringing together a unique combination of art and application of the modern production techniques to make one of a kind products.
All of our lights are thoughtfully designed for maximum functionality, durability, ease of installation and care. Each light meets or exceeds the standards and requirements of the Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL). Our desire is to provide rustic lodge lighting and cabin lighting products for our customers whose lifestyles reflect their love for the outdoors. We're creating designs that meet the needs of home owners from border-to-border, and mountains to oceans. Avalanche Ranch Lighting is here because we want to give people looking for rustic lights a choice beyond the traditional lighting manufacturer's offerings.
