This was excellent. Also, the ceiling fixture was fairly complicated to assemble, but your instructions we clear, easy to follow and accurate to the fixture I was installing (verse a generic instruction for any ceiling fixture I've seen with other manufacturers). Your web site is very well designed, both interesting to browse through and easy to navigate and order. Lots of companies do will in one area or another. It's not so common to find one that just seems to do everything well and with a focus on the customer as the common thread.
