Thank you very much for your wonderful products. We ordered a bath fixture and a semi-flush mount fixture. We are very happy with both of them. Your web site accurately represented the products we received and we were very glad to find that what was pictured was what we got. Additionally, I was very impressed by the quality of packaging you use to secure our purchase was shipped safely. There was no scratches or blemishes to the glass or metal fixtures. This was excellent. Also, the ceiling fixture was fairly complicated to assemble, but your instructions we clear, easy to follow and accurate to the fixture I was installing (verse a generic instruction for any ceiling fixture I've seen with other manufacturers). Keep up the great work and I'll definitely recommend your web site to my friends and family.

I just wanted to let you know that I received all 6 of my lights yesterday, the exact date you predicted they'd be delivered! They all arrived in perfect condition too! I absolutely LOVE them! It was like Christmas for me opening all my boxes...my contractor and his crew also had to come in to see what they were like. They also thought they were great and will be perfect in our new addition! My husband put 3 of them up last night already and we both agree that they are awesome! I can't wait for him to get home from work today to put the remaining 3 up! I still can't believe how it is possible to order something over the Internet from Washington and have it delivered to my door in Iowa without even going to a store! I really appreciate your prompt responses to my E-mails when I was so apprehensive about ordering online! I did a lot of shopping around and I could not find any product to compare with these lights! They are very unique and gorgeous! We love them....and want to send our thanks from Iowa!
